What are the delivery times?

Deliveries to Mainland France

Colissimo Service:

• 3 working days for orders placed and validated before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) on a working day.

• 4 working days for orders placed and validated after 1:00 PM (GMT+1) on a working day.

Corsica (Chronopost Express):

• 3 working days for any order validated on a working day.

Chronopost - Precise Service:

• For orders placed before 1:00 PM, delivery is available from the next day up to 5 days later, within a 2-hour time slot of your choice (subject to availability).

• Available slots: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) and Sunday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

• Delivery is made in person against signature. If you are unavailable, your order will be redirected to a Post Office or a pickup point.

• Note: This service is only available for specific postcodes in mainland France.

Note: Working days for these services include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden

FedEx® Express:

• 3 working days (order before 1:00 PM) / 4 working days (order after 1:00 PM).

• Working days include Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Fragrance orders require one (1) additional working day.

FedEx® International Connect Plus:

• 5 working days (order before 1:00 PM) / 7 working days (order after 1:00 PM).

Deliveries to Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, and Poland

UPS Standard:

• 5 working days (order before 1:00 PM) / 7 working days (order after 1:00 PM).

UPS Express Saver:

• 2 working days (order before 1:00 PM) / 3 working days (order after 1:00 PM).

UPS Express (Delivery guaranteed before noon):
